Shipping Schedules:

Typically handling/packing/shipping times are 1-5 BUSINESS days. This has been exteneded for sanity issues (LOL) Sizes of orders can also change the shipping schedules. During high order traffic times this may be extended, and I will have a banner in place for notification. This is a guide and can change with day to day operation hiccups ect. 

Holidays are not included in the schedule shown below please allow an extra day or two as the Post Office may be closed and high order volume. 

There may also be other extreme cases where your order might be delayed (power outages, ice storms ect) These things are out of my control.

USA delivery times vary from 1-4 business days after shipping. International orders vary by location.

Shipping Policies & Info:

• I am not responsible for lost/misdelivered or stolen packages. SHIPINSURE protection is set as default on all orders going through regular checkout methods. This covers those issues, if you choose to remove Route Package protection you do so at your own risk. This is for my protection as well as yours. That being said contact me if you have any delivery/lost items issues. I help with the process and in some cases reship. This is by case by case  basis. (This is here to put scammers on notice)
• Please be sure your address is your current address, nothing is worse than waiting for forwarded mail - or people who keep your mail instead of returning it to me. Soo avoid delays and make sure your address is correct and current.
• All orders are shipped USPS by default. If you would like another service please request a shipping quote before your order.
• All orders and packed in organza draw string bag(s) and bubble wrapped for extra protection.
• All orders include a sample, note in a package. Notes and samples are chosen at random and the notes are meant to be funny. 
• Powders shipped in zip bags are DOUBLE BAGGED, then al bags put in a third.
• INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES, IMPORT FEES, VAT FEES OR ANY OTHER FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER AND ARE NOT PAID BY KOZMIK NAILS.
