Color Deets:

Red Flannel : A fuzzy black dip topper.

Apply as you would any sugarcoating over a completed nail and topcoat liquid (gel or dip) or apply over uncured gel art for a fuzzy raised look. If wet from washing hands ect it will dry back to original texture. Long lasting fuzzy texture - stays until you remove it with normal normal wear/tear of nails. After application and is dry, use a nail brush to scrub any excess acrylic powder off to darken colors. Nail brush can also be used to delint nails if needed. 

For best results use over a similar color or you can do two dips of the fuzz but DO NOT APPLY ACTIVATOR ON TOP OF THE FUZZY.
