Color Duo Deets:

Red Flannel : A fuzzy red dip topper

Black Velvet : A fuzzy black dip topper.

Apply as you would any sugarcoating over a completed nail and topcoat liquid (gel or dip) or apply over uncured gel art for a fuzzy raised look. If wet from washing hands ect it will dry back to original texture. Long lasting fuzzy texture - stays until you remove it with normal normal wear/tear of nails. After application and is dry, use a nail brush to scrub any excess acrylic powder off to darken colors. Nail brush can also be used to delint nails if needed. 

DO NOT APPLY ACTIVATOR ON TOP OF THE FUZZY.
