You're A Mean One:  is a new bright green fuzzy dip. Perfect for those Grinch nails! (don't for get to grab you some matching secret sauce focals!) If you are not familiar with the Fuzzy Dips, you apply it just like any other topper by laying,dipping, or sprinkling over your top coat. The only trick is don't activate your nail. (activating will melt the synthetic fibers) Your nails will cure just takes a few minutes longer vs using activator which light speeds insta drys it.
