Collection Deets:

As I mentioned before this one went all over the place for me creatively. Originally this was going to be a Lost City of Atlantis Collection. But I couldn't decide if I wanted to go the sunken route or pre destruction. During this inner struggle - I recovered a memory which is huge for me. (In 2009 I had a reaction to anesthesia during hyster surgery and lost over half my memories from that point to the recycle bin. As it was explained to me - they are there - hasn't been emptied - just hard to get to - and when they do it's a weird rush poof like it was never gone.)

My first memory of Atlantis: that is where (I was told as a kid) is where the Sea Monkeys came from. Now if you ever ordered these as a kid in the 70's /80's the advertising was (as shown below) LIES, and you actually thought those little amazing creatures were going to hatch in your fish bowl. I was obsessed as a kid with unsolved and mysterious stuff. So it tracks lol.

Talk about crushed, to find they were just lil baby brine shrimp and never actually "grew up" into those creatures. So I went and looked up if Sea Monkeys were still around and yes you can still buy them. BONUS one of my friend actually was growing some when I went on my ramble to them about this LOL. Then when doing my research I came across the scientific name for them ARTEMIA and there it was...the collection

Atlantis: Where my Sea Monkeys lived. A teal jelly super fine shimmer of green and blues.

Nessie: My Sea Monkeys best friend and protector. A seafoam green jelly with golden and green super fine shimmers.

Harmonious: Because they always looked so darn happy in the advertising. A salmon/coral jelly with pink and gold super fine shimmers.

Enlightened: Atlantis was were all the advanced people lived, so by association so were my Sea Monkeys lol

Utopia: As a kid you just want everyone to get along. Right now as an adult it's needed too today. Sea Monkeys were onto something there.
