Frequency is basically the vibes, the repeating vibrations moving through the air - bringing us music, voices, and a myriad of other sounds. Music has the ability to heal the soul, intensify situations, create serenity and so much more. How do these frequencies move you? Can you feel it to your core? Goosebumps bring the tingles? Cathartic Catalyst: There is that ONE song or album that speaks to your soul, sees the real you, says exactly what you wish you could say or helps you get through that bottomless pit you stumbled into. Then over a lifetime you have a catalogue of these. The roadmap of your life in music.  This is a black, blue, purple and pink foil dip with a splash of glitter.

Echoes: Hearing a particular sound or song can transport you to another time in your life with the first few notes. Echoes of the past or your past. There are even echoes of previous songs, and melodies inside much music today with the world of sampling music. So these echoes of live on with each new rendition or life of a song. This is a glitter mix of metallic, iridescent, and matte glitters.

Euphoria: For a lucky few it can even bring Euphoria, Case in point ASMR - I'm a huge fan - it has REALLY helped with my insomnia of late! (my fave is ASMR Zeitgeist on YouTube!)
